"I’ve had ongoing back issues for years now. They flare up occasionally, and last year they flared up after a big season of running. My back had gotten so bad that I was no longer able to run due to pain.

My back issues still flare up from time to time, but they are significantly less. This summer I was able to do the 206 mile STP (Seattle to Portland) bike ride in one day, hike the Enchantments, and even run a half marathon without any pain. I have been able to enjoy an active lifestyle and all the PNW has to offer while still ensuring long-term health of my body.

"Being active has been an integral part of my life. My interests include calisthenics, gymnastics, rock climbing and sprinting. While these activities give me unparalleled joy, it does take a toll on the body. I had to get adjustments every other week in order to stay pain-free. I sought help from Dr. Raul to come up with a plan to strengthen different muscle groups in order to reduce the imbalance and reduce the need to get adjustments frequently.

After seeking help from Dr. Raul, I've been able to be at the top of my fitness. I'm able to do muscle-ups, handstands, sprint faster; the list is endless. The stretches helped me strengthen my hip flexors and core. The need to seek frequent adjustments has reduced.

Orca has helped me with my overall fitness and being able to unlock difficult gymnastics skills. Orca helped me tremendously when I went through a troubled tendon in my arm.
